🚚 Shipping Coverage
GA Harbal Pvt Ltd ships its FutureLife and Green Amrut products across India. We deliver to all major cities, towns, and serviceable PIN codes through our trusted logistics partners.
Currently, we ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
📅 Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.
- Bulk or distributor orders may require additional processing time.
⌛ Delivery Timeline
- Maharashtra (within state): 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- Other states (metro cities): 4–6 business days after dispatch.
- Remote / non-metro locations: 6–10 business days after dispatch.
These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to factors like courier delays, weather conditions, or force majeure events.
💰 Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
- For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping charge of ₹60–₹80 may apply (displayed at checkout).
- Shipping charges for COD orders may differ and will be shown at checkout.
📩 Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and/or email with:
- Tracking number and courier partner details.
- A link to track your shipment in real time.
You can also contact us at 70204 64644 or WhatsApp us with your order ID for status updates.
🚫 Failed Delivery & RTO
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Customer unavailability after multiple delivery attempts.
- Refusal to accept the order.
The order will be returned to us (RTO). Re-dispatch charges will apply for resending the order. Refunds for RTO orders will be processed after deducting forward and return shipping costs.
📦 Damaged in Transit
If your product arrives damaged or tampered, please:
- Refuse the delivery (if possible) or accept and document with photographs.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund as per our Refund Policy.
