🟢 We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, we are here to help.
🔁 Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
- The product is not a perishable or consumable item that has been opened.
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
- The return is initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
Non-returnable items: Opened consumable products (juices, tablets, powders, capsules, oils, lotions) for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.
✅ Refund Conditions
Refunds are issued in the following situations:
- Product received is damaged, broken, or defective.
- Wrong product delivered (different from what was ordered).
- Product is past its expiry date at the time of delivery.
- Order was cancelled before dispatch.
- Product not delivered within the committed timeline (subject to investigation).
Refunds are NOT applicable for: Change of mind after opening the product, minor packaging variations, taste or preference-related dissatisfaction.
📝 How to Request a Return or Refund
- Contact our customer care within 7 days of delivery at 70204 64644 or greenamrutayurveda@gmail.com.
- Provide your Order ID, name, and a brief description of the issue.
- Share clear photographs of the product (showing the defect/damage and the packaging).
- Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and confirm the return/refund decision.
- If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on shipping the item back.
💰 Refund Processing
- Prepaid Orders: Refund credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of return approval.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund transferred via NEFT/UPI to your bank account within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges paid during original order are non-refundable (except in case of our error).
🚚 Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost. For other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
