🔁 Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided:

Non-returnable items: Opened consumable products (juices, tablets, powders, capsules, oils, lotions) for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.

✅ Refund Conditions

Refunds are issued in the following situations:

Refunds are NOT applicable for: Change of mind after opening the product, minor packaging variations, taste or preference-related dissatisfaction.

📝 How to Request a Return or Refund

  2. Provide your Order ID, name, and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Share clear photographs of the product (showing the defect/damage and the packaging).
  4. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and confirm the return/refund decision.
  5. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on shipping the item back.

If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost. For other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
